What Comebacks To Say To A Sister Who Constantly Takes The P*ss Out Of Me As Entertainment?
She doesnt live at home, but when she visits i always end up feeling depressed and alone (because when my sister begins, somehow my parents will interferre but join in)?
This never happens when she doesnt visit, its as though my parents wish to impress her? Its pathetic.

I agree with the other posters. Just ignore her. Don’t even react at all. If she talks to you badly, just go on with whatever you are doing, OR if you feel like being more active, look her in the eyes for a moment and don’t say a word, don’t react, just keep your face perfectly and calmly blank. Then just go back to what you were doing. And if she asks if you heard her, just calmly say, “Yes, I did.” And don’t have any other reaction than that.
I was made fun of all through elementary and middle school and I used to shoot nasty replies back; it never worked. I finally did what everyone was telling me to and just didn’t respond–I didn’t show pain, fear, amusement, anything; just kept my face perfectly blank. They got tired of it surprisingly fast! It only took a few days! It sounds totally crazy, but it does work. And it feels good not to have to worry about the pathetic, annoying bastards who do this to you. It’s great not to have to worry about what the perfect comeback would be to get them to leave you alone!
It’s tough to be able to do the blank face at first, but if you practice in the mirror you will get the hang of it. Good luck!

They are pathetic, if that is what they do to you.Leave home as soon as you are old enough/can.They must look upon you as a ‘plaything’ for their own entertainment.

Don’t react at all - nothing will stop her enjoyment faster than you completely ignoring the stupid behaviour.

I used to go through similar things with my sister, until I had a comeback for everything she said.
Just be quick, witty and say something about her that she won’t like.
She will soon stop!

Every time she says something horrible just say…. “So’s your face!!!” Works everytime… Even if it makes no sense, it’ll p*** her off!!!

she sounds like a bully, dont retaliate, this will make you as bad as her. instead, just stare her in the eyes when she is saying something nasty, then get up, and walk out of the room. depending on your age, im guessing you are a young teen? get your coat on and go out for a while, when you come back, say “are you going to treat me like a human being now or do i have to stay out of your way til you are gone?”
also say to your parents, “dont you think you are a little too old for gegging in with a bully?”
everytime someone is nasty to you for no reason, it is 99% down to jealousy, so remember that, and make sure you make your life exactly what you want it to be, dont rely on anyone, think your decisions through well, look at your bigger picture, be happy with your life, and eventually you will be able to feel pity for your sister.
